Refund policy
Because sometimes, the journey takes a U-turn.
We get it—sometimes things don't go as planned. Here's how we make it right:
Exchanges: Hassle-free exchanges within 7 days of delivery if the size or fit isn't quite right. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Once your exchange is approved, please allow 7–10 days for the replacement product to be delivered.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll replace it after inspection. Replacement products are usually delivered within 7–10 days once the return is approved.
Order Cancellation: Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Please review your order carefully before checkout. Once shipped, we can't cancel, but we're here to help if there's an issue.
How to Request: Email us at customercare@shepherdspath.in with your order ID, photos, and reason for exchange or issue.
Note: We currently support exchanges only. Direct refunds are not available at this time.
Exchanges are processed within 3-5 working days after approval. Transparency is part of the journey.
